Returns & Exchange

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange:
You may return or exchange any mattress within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support to initiate the return.
2. Pack the mattress securely and include your receipt.
3. Send the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping charges may apply.

Refunds:
After inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched once we receive the original.
